By accessing or using the SIFR-0 registry, API, MCP server, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including developers, AI agents, and automated systems querying the registry on behalf of a principal.
SIFR-0 is an open business-to-agent discovery registry. It allows:
The Service is provided via sifr0.dev, api.sifr0.dev, and mcp.sifr0.dev. Certain endpoints require payment via x402 USDC on Base Mainnet.
You agree not to use the Service to:
SIFR-0 reserves the right to remove listings or restrict access for violations of these terms without notice.
Paid endpoints are settled in USDC on Base Mainnet via the x402 payment protocol. All payments are processed on-chain and are final. SIFR-0 does not issue refunds for completed transactions.
By initiating a payment, you confirm you have authority to spend from the submitting wallet address.
Businesses that list themselves in the registry represent that:
SIFR-0 does not independently verify listing accuracy. Inclusion in the registry is not an endorsement.
The SIFR-0 protocol specification is open. Registry data contributed by third parties remains the property of the contributing entity. The SIFR-0 name, brand, and infrastructure are proprietary to the protocol operator.
You may not reproduce or redistribute the service infrastructure, scoring logic, or audit tooling without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SIFR-0 MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SIFR-0 does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that registry data is complete or accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIFR-0 AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSSES FROM RELIANCE ON REGISTRY DATA OR ON-CHAIN PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS.
Total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SIFR-0 in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
SIFR-0 may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
